GJEPC Artisan Awards challenged designers!

The six winning pieces that captured the attention   The 7th edition of The Artisan Jewellery Design Awards (Artisan Awards), hosted by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and powered by GIA, challenged designers to tap uncharted territory by integrating unusual materials and cherished objects into their jewellery designs, to infuse their pieces with a unique identity.   This jewellery design contest ignited a spark a wave of creativity, prompting nearly 600 participants from India and abroad to push the envelope, and create a new design grammar. The outcome surpassed expectations, breathtaking creations that challenged convention. The 7th Artisan Jewellery Design Awards held in Mumbai   The 7th edition of The Artisan Jewellery Design Awards, hosted by the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) and powered by GIA, challenged designers to tap uncharted territory by integrating unusual materials and cherished objects into their jewellery designs, to infuse their pieces with a unique identity.   Actress and style icon Sonam Kapoor graced GJEPC’s 7th edition of Artisan Jewellery Design Awards in Mumbai and presented awards to winners. Sanjay Kothari conferred with Life Time Achievement A total of 32 awards were given away at 47th Edition of IGJA 2020   The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) hosted the 47th India Gem and Jewellery Awards (IGJA), supported by GIA at Mumbai. IGJA has become one of the foremost recognition platforms for the jewellery sector in India to encourage exports and award excellence in manufacturing, finance and innovation.   Invites Entries from Artisans!   Reinventing Vintage, the Theme for the 2021 Edition   The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) announces the launch of the 4th edition of The Artisan Awards, country’s premier jewellery design competition. The prestigious jewellery design awards invite designers from India and overseas to send in their entries to showcase their excellence and innovation in jewellery design.    The main theme for the 2021 edition is Reinventing Vintage. This theme is further subdivided into three categories: Victorian, Temple and Japaneseque jewellery.
