Mountain Province produces 6.23mn cts diamonds in 2021

Recovers over 1.5mn cts diamonds during Q4 808,739 carats sold in Q4 at US$83 per carat  Mountain Province Diamonds announces production, sales and preliminary unaudited cost results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2021 and FY21 from the Gahcho Kué Diamond Mine. 1,511,253 carats recovered during Q4 at an average grade of 1.86 carats per tonne. Full year 2021 production of 6.23 million carats against guidance of 6.30 - 6.50 million carats. Preliminary unaudited mine level costs on a full year 2021 basis were $61 per carat against guidance of $58-$63 per carat and $123 per tonne treated against guidance of $125-$135 per tonne treated. Ore mined on a full year 2021 basis was 3.6 million tonnes against guidance of 3.3 – 3.5 million tonnes. 6,518,261 carats of diamond recovered during FY 2020 3,329,289 carats sold at an average value of US$51 per carat  Mountain Province Diamonds announces production and sales results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020 from the Gahcho Kué Diamond Mine. 9,796,823 total tonnes mined during the quarter, a 12% decrease on comparable period of Q4 2019 had recorded for 11,089,408. 35,870,474 total tonnes mined during FY 2020, a 17% decrease from comparable period of FY 2019 which had registered 43,224,827.   1,521,617 carats recovered during the quarter at an average grade of 2.07 carats per tonne, 23% lower than comparable quarter (Q4 2019: 1,977,438 carats at 2.11). 6,518,261 carats recovered during FY 2020 at an average grade of 2.01 carats per tonne, 4% slightly lower than comparable period (FY 2019: 6,820,631 carats at 1.90). Sales diamonds over 210K Ct   Mountain Province Diamonds announces the results of its latest diamond sale and total proceeds from the sale were US$8.9 million from 210,661 carats at an average realized value of US$42 per carat, indicating a 1% discount to values achieved for similar diamonds at the February sale.   Despite COVID-19 restricting travel into Belgium, bidding was strong and consistent with those seen earlier in the year. Kennady begins winter exploration

Plans 2K meters to test the exploration targets! Mountain Province Diamonds Inc announces that the winter exploration program at their Kennady North Project has begun. The Kennady North Project encompasses 67,164 hectares of prospective claims and leases that are directly adjacent to the Gahcho Kué Mine and are 100%-held by the Company. The winter program will focus on drill-testing several combined indicator and geophysical targets located west and southwest of the Hearne kimberlite, which is part of the Gahcho Kué Mine. The drilling program plans for 2,000 meters of drilling to test the exploration targets. The resulting product was a glacial till ranking scheme that could be combined with geophysical data to generate target areas for follow-up sampling and drilling. Several of these target areas are the focus of exploration in 2019. Mountain Province sees a sustainable rough mining rate during 2019 to 2021 Mountain Province Diamonds provides guidance for fiscal year 2019 for the Gahcho Kué Mine as well as an update on company’s performance in 2018. All amounts expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.  During the 2018 about 3.1 to 3.2 million ore tonnes processed & 6.6 to 6.9 million carats diamond production recovered.   During the year production costs remained around $110 – $120 per tonne processed that is $50 – $54 per carat recovered cost in 2018.  In addition to the 2019 guidance, the Company also provides a 3-year production outlook for the Gahcho Kué Mine.  The production guidance over the three-year period 2019 to 2021 is evidence of a sustainable and smooth mining rate as the mine performance maintains a steady state. High price for lower qualities rough

Slight increase in the rough price of  lower qualities & smaller sizes  The latest diamond sale of Mountain Province is closed on November 14th 2018. These results include the sale of fancies and specials to De Beers Canada as part of the previous production split, where De Beers Canada was the successful bidder. Total proceeds from the sale were US$17.7 million from 245,751 carats at an average realized value of US$72 per carat. We continued to see good price bids for our better quality larger goods where the majority of our value lies. We saw a slight increase in the pricing for lower qualities and smaller sizes, compared to our previous two sales. These results are very promising, given recent reports of challenging market conditions in the rough diamond industry. As previously mentioned in our Q3 2018 conference call on November 13th 2018, sale metrics continue to support our confidence that our sales process in Antwerp is working very well and our goods acr
