IIGJ announces tie-up with Orra!
OGRTS commenced to train & employ 100 students Indian Institute of Gem and Jewellery (IIGJ) Mumbai collaborated with Orra and started an intensive twelve day, Orra Graduate Retail Trainee Scheme (OGRTS), training program. Orra plans to train more than 100 graduates to take up positions in their new retail outlets all over the country. The objective of the Retail Sales training is to develop a team of young competent fresher’s from college to manage store operations and equip them with skills that would make them efficient and competent individuals and take on the roles of Retail sales Associates at Orra stores across India.
