5th Mubri World Meeting at latch

 

Scheduled a virtual exhibition

From October 2nd to 4th! 

International event promoted by the Jewelers´ Association, Mubri, brings together for three days important names in the sector to present the best of jewelry and gem sector and discuss the importance of digital platforms in the new reality. 

From October 2nd to 4th, the 5th edition of the MUBRI World Meeting - an event promote by the renowned MUBRI International Group, an association created in 2016, in Panama City, for the promotion, development and professional advancement of entrepreneurs in the jewelry, precious stones and watches sector. 

With past editions held in Italy – VicenzaOro, Spain – Madrid Joya, Ecuador and Panama, the MUBRI World Meeting this year would be held in Israel; thanks to the pandemic, it will happen in a virtual version for the first time.

The agenda includes a virtual exhibition with 75 jewelry brands from Mubri members, coming from India, Malaysia, Belgium, Spain, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Panama, Venezuela, USA, among other countries. Parallel to the exhibition, in the three days of events, international members of the association and guests will be able to participate in the lectures and virtual panels with prominent professionals in the world of jewelry who will address various market themes.

Speakers as Paola de Luca, luxury curator and TrendVision co-founder, and Katerina Perez, important digital influencer, will speak direct from Italy and France respectively, about the trend and consumer behavior post-Covid19. 

Other guests such as Rui Galopim from Portugal, the Gem Explorer Yianni Melas and the President of IGE (Spanish Gemological Institute), BenjamĂ­n Calvo, will speak about gems. While speakers as Ricardo Domingo from Mexico and Rosana de Moraes from Brasil will speak about how to present a brand to the market in this new reality. These are just some of the names present at the 5th Annual Meeting. 

According to the Founding President of Mubri, Ali Pastorini, who is one of the most recognized businesswomen in the sector worldwide, the moment despite being quite challenging and an ambiguous scenario, showed itself with new possibilities and tools until then not very exploited. 

“Interestingly, for Mubri, the year 2020 was the year with an increased numbers of members registration and a greatest amount of regional and international activities. I believe that the fact that we react quickly and positively to the new reality made the jewelers around the world look for our services and content, as we show not only stability but also innovation, and these two characteristics for the market are important to survive the to new challenges”, explains Pastorini.
