2023 marks the 50th anniversary of Sotheby’s in Asia, where we were the first international auction house to establish a permanent presence in the region with the opening of our Hong Kong office. Sotheby’s is much more than an auction house.

From Sotheby’s Jewels, we are pleased to present Magnificent Jewels: Part I, where we have curated some of the finest jewels in the world for a celebration of a legacy.                                                                                                                                      The auction is led by fantastic coloured diamonds such as The Pink Dawn: a 10.05 carat Fancy Vivid Purplish Pink diamond and a 5.49 carat Fancy Intense Blue diamond, with rare coloured stones including a 5.05 carat The Mogok Sunrise and an 80.26 carat Burmese Sapphire necklace of royal blue colour. 

Impressive and iconic signed pieces by Bulgari, Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co. and Van Cleef & Arpels can be discovered alongside ever sought-after jadeite jewels including a lavender jadeite bead necklace.
