About 1,535 employees celebrate togetherness

Hari Krishna Exports rejuvenates with a grand day out!

Hari Krishna Exports, known not only for its excellence in the diamond industry but also for its deep-rooted values towards people and purpose, recently organised a refreshing picnic for its 1535 employees.

The destination was none other than Wet’n Joy Water Park, nestled in the green hills of Lonavala, offering a blend of natural beauty, excitement, and relaxation. This thoughtful gesture was yet another reflection of the organization's commitment to employee welfare and workplace harmony.

With more than three decades of growth and success, Hari Krishna Exports continues to believe that its people are its strongest pillars. Whether in manufacturing or marketing, every individual contributes to the organisation’s larger vision.

This picnic was not merely a recreational outing but a celebration of that collective effort, a day to unwind, reconnect, and cherish the camaraderie built over years of working side by side.

The chosen venue, Wet’n Joy Water Park, is regarded as one of India’s premier water destinations. Spanning a large area and home to more than 25 international rides, including the country’s largest wave pool and the renowned Master Blaster coaster, it offered an action-packed day for everyone. From adrenaline-pumping slides like Turbo Force and Tornado to calm experiences like the Crazy River and the rain dance zone, there was something for every age group and energy level.

Employees enthusiastically participated in various water rides, relaxed in leisure zones, and enjoyed shared meals that added a homely touch to the outing. The day was also marked by light-hearted games, candid moments, and shared laughter, small yet meaningful experiences that bring teams closer beyond professional roles.

The company ensured that all logistics were seamlessly managed, prioritising comfort, safety, and inclusivity. Transport, meals, changing facilities, and first-aid arrangements were all well-planned, reinforcing the brand’s consistent attention to detail and care for its people.

This initiative aligns with Hari Krishna Exports’ broader vision of nurturing a positive and engaged workplace culture. Over the years, the company has introduced several welfare programs, from health and nutrition to skills development and recognition, with a singular belief that when people feel valued, they contribute with greater passion and purpose.

The success of this picnic serves as a warm reminder that work-life balance is not a luxury but a necessity, and that moments of joy shared outside the work environment often led to stronger collaboration within.

Hari Krishna Exports expresses sincere appreciation to every team member for their dedication and enthusiasm. As the organisation continues to reach new milestones, it remains steadfast in its mission to build not just a great company, but a great place to belong.

Because at Hari Krishna Exports, success is shared and every journey is meaningful when walked together.
