Sotheby’s hammered fancy vivid blue, VS2 Clarity     A Magnificent and Important Fancy Vivid Blue Diamond and Diamond Ring, Set with a radiant-cut fancy vivid blue diamond weighing 11.28 carats, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds and diamonds of pink tint, mounted in 18 karat white and pink gold.   Accompanied by GIA report no. 5221971812, dated 14 June 2023, stating that the diamond is Fancy Vivid Blue, Natural Colour, VS2 Clarity; also accompanied by a diamond type classification report stating that the diamond is determined to be a Type IIb diamond.

Art Déco jewels offer at Sotheby’s Sotheby’s announces a new sale dedicated to Jewellery and Watches in Paris this autumn. This new date in the auction calendar, entitled Joaillerie Paris, will coincide with a double-anniversary this year for Sotheby’s in France: the auction house’s 50 years on French soil, and 20 years in the historic Galerie Charpentier.
