Shobha Shringar a brand that was founded 38 years back by Shobhana Choksey decided to start her entrepreneurial journey by focussing on making pearl jewellery. When women were not associated with anything other than household work, Choksey led Shobha Shringar Jewelers to open up its first showroom in the Mumbai which has today transformed into a massive four storied jewellery boutique that has a client base as diverse as its jewelry collection. Superseded by her son and daughter in law, the story of Shobha Shringar Jewellers continues.

Nisha Choksey is the Chief Jewellery Designer for the brand and has been instrumental in creating some of the best pieces that Shobha Shringar Jewellers has created. She has been formally trained with the best in the jewellery industry.   

Associated with the brand since two decades Nisha Choksey’s creations are truly path breaking making the best use of contemporary and traditional. Besides, she has introduced a lot of techniques and styles into her work making her expertise unique. 

Her eye for detailing and aesthetics set apart Shobha Shringar's collection. The boutique is a one stop shop for every jewellery need from a nose pin to a bridal wear, from pearls , colour stone to certified diamonds from jadau; gold to fascinating diamond jewellery. There is a blend of hand crafted and customised pieces of jewellery from all across India.  

This mother and daughter in law duo have not only broken a typical stereo type for women but also have become empowering entrepreneurs inspiring many more women in the society. Both the mother-daughter in law duo have kept the legacy of jewellery company alive and thriving with Shobhana's years of experience and Nisha unique jewellery designs.
